Help the Learning Programme

Houghton Conquest war memorial pillar, Bedfordshire © War Memorials Trust, 2012Some aspects of the Learning Programme are still being developed, and all our materials are reviewed and edited regularly to ensure they reflect current good practice and curriculum guidelines.

It is useful to be able to consult with teachers and trial new materials with pupils in schools and young people in youth groups before they are made widely available. This helps us to ensure that the materials we offer are of the highest quality and really useful for teachers and adults working with young people.

If you would like your school or group to be involved in testing new materials in this way, please contact the Learning Officer.

"Two days before Remembrance Day we went back [to the local war memorial] and it was nice to know who we were remembering. And it was thanks to you!" Thank you letter from a Year 5 pupil, following a visit from War Memorials Trust's Learning Officer.
