This lesson looks in more depth at the variety of war memorials in the UK and examines how memorials have changed over time. It could be used alone or in conjunction with other lessons from War Memorials Trust.
Pupils will extend their knowledge of Remembrance and war memorials by finding out how memorial designs and styles have changed at different times.
